Objectives

Consulting, strategic communications planning, media relations, press conference, stakeholder communication, concept development, copywriting, editorial work, content management, international media relations.

Tasks

  • Support for the introduction of GITEX Europe to the European market: strategic planning, media analysis, positioning as Europe’s leading tech and innovation platform.

  • Development and implementation of a comprehensive PR strategy including target group segmentation (decision-makers, investors, media, etc.).

  • Creation of a messaging framework to communicate key themes: artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, sustainability, digital transformation.

  • Development and distribution of market-specific press releases in five languages (German, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese).

  • Planning and execution of a press conference on April 30, as well as press support during GITEX Europe from May 21–23, 2025.

  • Organization of an international press trip with 25 tier-1 journalists from 14 countries.

  • Coordination of exclusive interviews with C-level speakers, investors, and industry experts.

  • Preparation and provision of comprehensive press kits including background materials.

  • Identification and management of stakeholders from business, media, and institutions.

  • On-site support during the event.

  • Monitoring and evaluation of media resonance including preparation of coverage reports.
