- Organizing the events in each country before the TV Roadshows
- Distribution and production of social media content.
- Coordination of rental stations and employees for 6 cities
- Booking and instruction of employees: security, hostesses, technicians
- Organization of the opening ceremony with the participation of political and influential speakers and celebrities
- Coordination of transport and construction
- Monitoring the facility and organization on site
- General coordination with suppliers and transport for give-aways and decoration
- Production of a VR user experience including intro / outro, menu with various scenario options (filming in Bangladesh, Denmark and Brussels)
