  • Social media promotion and influencer collaborations across EU countries
  • Development of an Instagram filter and a website (yearofrail.eu)
  • Organization of virtual and physical events, including a closing event with influencers
  • Stakeholder engagement through surveys, mapping, and communication toolkits
  • Creation of a website with multilingual content (22 EU languages)
  • Execution of the “Connecting Europe Express” promotional initiative
