Support for the German Football Ambassador

Currently, more than 765 German football players and about 85 German football coaches are abroad (source: transfermarkt.de). Many of them volunteer their time in their host countries, thus supporting not only football, but also a good cause. Since 2013, the Initiative Deutscher Fußball Botschafter e.V. has been honouring these football players and coaches for their commitment on all continents. For more than three years now, the mc Group has been supporting this social association through international media work.

“I am very pleased that the partnership with mc Group has already lasted three years. Through this commitment, we are reaching additional relevant media around the world and thus increasing our level of awareness,” says initiator Roland Bischof.

mc Group supports the worldwide public relations work of social projects, which were brought to life through the initiative of e.g. Anja Zivkovic and Jürgen Klopp. Football coaches and players such as Monika Staab, Gernot Rohr, Joshua Kimmich and Leon Goretzka have already received awards. The winners are strongly committed to their work abroad and enjoy great prestige there.
