In its 2018 report, mc Group addresses the topics of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), equal rights, working hours and employee satisfaction.
mc Group has already been a member of the United Nations Global Compact since 2008 and publishes an annual report on the company. The document shows what mc Group does for its employees, customers and the environment.
The 357 employees in Germany not only benefit from the varied work with different customers and the dynamic team. mc Group also focuses on the fundamental elements of the UN Global Compact. In the report mc Group shows its activities and projects in the fields of environmental and climate protection, international understanding, cooperation in developing and emerging countries, health care and sports. In this regard, mc Group is developing further: with discounts on sports offers, flexible working hours for parents on parental leave and as supporters of climate movements.
